What I teach during my 3 hour Family Meetings

What I teach during my 3 hour Family Meetings

40% of my subscribers asked me what I teach during our 3-hour family meetings.

This is not everything I teach—but there are 3 key topics I tend to revisit each week. Take these 3 topics and expand upon them in your own 3-hour Family Meeting

  • The Body
  • The Mind
  • Their Behavior

Specifically, what does the body need immediately or it will die? Ask this question. Allow your children to answer. Then remind them of the following so they are aware of how their own physical form works.

Air: If you don’t have air in 3 minutes, the body will die. This is why homes, cars, and airplanes are outfitted with state-of-the-art air filters and why you should always seek fresh air.

Water: If you don’t have water in 3 days, the body will die from dehydration. Ensure to always stay hydrated. Drink water first thing in the morning. And ensure its the highest quality of water.

Food: If you don’t have food for a few weeks, the body will die from malnourishment. It's important to always feed the body the highest quality of food. Whole foods help repair your body properly, keep cancer away, and reduce the rate at which you age.

Next week I will review The Mind.

Its an honor to have you read my newsletter. If you could read my 1 question to you below and respond, I would greatly appreciate it.

Curious to learn more about what I teach? Would you be willing to pay for such a course?

If so reply with “Yes”.
